Andy, who is part of our committee, volunteered for the Friends of Hyde Park Cemetery for 3 years before joining DDFHS.
His talk will examine Doncaster’s largest Victorian cemetery, now known as Hyde Park Cemetery, from a very different perspective, taking a journey through the cemetery’s history with a particular reference to remembering some of the remarkable residents and telling their stories’.
The talk will conclude with the question, ‘What is the future for Hyde Park Cemetery?’
